棓丙酯联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺心病心衰临床分析

Clinical analysis for Propyl Gallate and Isosorbide Mononitrate in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure

目的观察棓丙酯联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺心病心衰的临床疗效。方法入选病例60例,随机分为两组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用棓丙酯联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论棓丙酯联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺心病心衰疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Propyl Gallate and Isosorbide Mononitrate in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into the control group（30 cases）and the treatment group（30 cases）.The routine therapy was only given in the control group,but the Propyl Gallate and Isosorbide Mononitrate and routine therapy were given in the treatment group.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group（93.3%）was higher than the control group（76.7%）.There were statically differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Propyl Gallate and Isosorbide Mononitrate are obviously effective in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.
