何首乌提取工艺研究

Study on the optimization of extraction process for Heshouwu

目的优选何首乌的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以总多糖含量为指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数对提取率的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为8倍水量,煎煮2次,时间分别为2 h,1.5 h。结论正交试验法优选何首乌的提取工艺简便、快速、准确。

Objective To optimize the extraction process for Heshouwu.Methods The orthogonal design was used to test the thre emain factors including water,amounts,decoction hours,and decoction times.The content of total polysaccharide was used as guide to evaluate the extraction efficacy.Results The optimun extracting process was 8 folds of water addition,2 h,1.5 h of decotion time and two times.Conclusion Optimization of the extracting process for Heshouwu by orthogonal design is a simple,quick and accurate method.
