摘要
目的:了解再生医疗器械清洗质量,提高灭菌保证水平.方法:用目测法和镜检方法检测比较除锈处理对清洗效果的影响.结果:经过除锈处理的再生医疗器械,用多酶清洗剂经超声清洗、煮沸润滑、清洗、干燥等处理步骤,目测检测符合洁净质量要求达到99%;用放大镜检测发现绣渍器械5件.未经过除锈处理的再生医疗器械直接按相同程序进行清洗,目测检查符合清洗洁净质量要求仅为84.2%;用放大镜检测发现绣蚀、锈斑的器械79件.结论:再生医疗器械必须经过除锈处理,方可确保清洗质量.
Objective To understand the quality of renewable clean medical equipment to improve the sterilization assurance level. Methods to detect visual comparison method and microscopy rust on cleaning effect. Results After rust treatment regeneration medical equipment, multi--enzyme detergent used by the ultrasonic cleaning, boiling lubrication, cleaning, drying and other processing steps, visually tested and found clean 99% quality requirements; embroidered stains detected with a magnifying glass device 5. Rust has not been dealt with directly by the same regeneration process of medical devices for cleaning, washing clean visual inspection meet the quality requirements of only 84.2%; detected with a magnifying glass embroidery corrosion, pitting the device 79. Conclusion regenerative medical devices must be rust treatment, only to ensure the eleaning quality.
