摘要 介绍一种双活塞对置直线驱动斯特林制冷机, 它具有振动小、结构紧凑、噪音低、可靠性高等特点。该机在80 K 时制冷量为1 W, 降温时间小于3 m in(200 J热负载), 目前正进行可靠性增长研究。 A Stirling cryocoler with two opposite pistons driven linearly is described in the paper.The crycooler has the characteristics of small vibration,compact structure,low noise and high reliability. The cooling capacity is 1 W at 80 K and the cooling down time with a thermal load of 200 J is less than 3 minutes.Currently,the research work is stressed on the better reliability of the cryocooler.
