COX-2是催化膜磷脂花生四烯酸(AA)转化为前列腺素类物质(PGs)的限速酶,有环氧合酶和过氧化物合成酶的双重功能,参与机体生殖、分娩、炎症、肿瘤的形成,并在肿瘤中起重要作用.COX-2在宫颈癌中有明显的表达特征,其选择性抑制剂对宫颈癌有放化疗增敏效应.DUSP6是一种双特异性蛋白磷酸酶,存在于细胞质中,能对磷酸丝氨酸/苏氨酸和磷酸酪氨酸残基去磷酸化灭活靶激酶,参与细胞增生、分化及肿瘤的形成.DUSP6是一种抑癌基因,其灭活和激活在人类癌症进展过程起着关键作用,目前在肿瘤研究中取得了一些进展,并展望DUSP6/MKP-3在宫颈癌的研究前景.
COX-2 is a catalytic membrane phospholipids of arachidonic acid (AA) into prostaglandins, substances (PGs) of the rate--limiting enzyme, a synthetic enzyme eyclooxygenase and peroxidase dual functions of the body involved in reproduction, birth, inflammation , tumor formation. COX-2 expression has significantly feature in cervical cancer, and their selective inhibitor have the sensitizing effects in cervical cancer chemo- therapy. DUSP6 is a dual specificity protein phosphatase, localized in the cytoplasm, can inactivate the target kinase by dephosphorylating both the phosphoserine / threonine and phosps hotyrosine residues that is involved in cell proliferation and differentiation. DUSP6/MKP-3 is a tumor suppressor gene, its inactivation and activation in the progression of human cancer play a crucial role. Present DUSP6 and COX--2 has made some progress in cancer research and prospects in the study in cervical cancer.
