High Performance Liquid Chromatographic(HPLC) Determination of Internal Hormones in Wheat Seedlings

本文从小麦幼苗中提取出三种植物内源激素，并用反相高效液相色谱紫外检测法测定了激素的含量。选择最佳色谱条件及仪器参数，建立了内源激素的高效液相色谱紫外检测法，该法简便、快速、准确度高。

This paper describes the application of reversed\|phase HPLC to the determination of internal plant hormones including gibberellin(GA3)abscisic acid(ABA) and 3\|indoleacetic acid(IAA) in purified extracts of wheat seedlings,and also gives an extraction and purification procedure useful for the analysis of the hormones in plant tissue.A spherisorb C18 column was used and isocratic elution with MeOH\|1.8% HAc\|H2O(404020) at a flow rate of 2.5mL/min was performed with a UV detector at 254nm.
