红木色素稳定性的研究

Studies on the Stability of Bixa Orettana Pigment

用碱溶酸沉的处理方法对红木种子进行重复浸提，提取红木色素，在不同理化条件下，对红木色素的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明：该色素对ｐＨ值、光照、耐热等不同条件，表现出不同程度的稳定性。

Bixa orettana pigment is extracted from repeat digestion bixa orettana seeds in aqueous alkali and acid precipitation . It displays stabilities to pH variation ,light irradiation ,heat treatment or some other treatment . Knowing about those will promote the scientific application.
