摘要
用ＵＶ、ＩＲ及ＭＳ法研究了香豆酸盐系列化合物的谱学特征。
Salts of coumaric acid were studied by means of UV,IR and MS.It was found that salts of coumaric acid were used the precursor\|aroma compound of the coumarin.
