Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 3-Aryl-3-cyclohexeneyl Propanoic Ester Derivatives

在KF-Al_2O_3催化下,将芳香醛3,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮及丙二酸亚异丙酯在醇中反应,一锅式合成了一系列的3-芳基-3-(5,5-二甲基-3-羟基-2-环己烯-1-酮-2-基)丙酸酯。通过单晶X射线衍射分析确定了产物的结构,并提出了可能的反应机理。

A series of 3 - aryl - 3 - ( 5,5 - dimethyl - 3 - hydroxy - 2 - cyclohexene - 1 - one - 2 - yl) propanoic esters were synthesized by reaction between aromatic aldehydes ,5,5- dimethyl -1,3-cyclohexanedione and isopropylidene malonate catalyzed by KF - Al2O3 in alcohols. The structure of 4a was determined by X - ray analysis. A possible mechanism for this reaction is postulated.
