摘要
在不同条件下制备出16个不同超细氧化铝样品,在相同仪器条件下利用XRD进行物相分析,研究了分散介质、处理方法、温度及烧结时间等对超细纳米氧化铝晶形结构的影响。结果表明,用分散剂(OPT)处理制得的A型超细氧化铝转晶温度较高,而不用(OPT)对处理的C型超细氧化铝在低温就可转变,转晶温度差约200℃。同时,烧结温度越高,恒温时间越长,超细氧化铝向稳定晶形转变,晶体成份增加。相反,温度低,恒温时间短时,多出现不稳定晶形,无定型成份增多。并对XRD谱特征、形成原因以及与制备因素的关系进行了讨论。
:The 16 samples of various ultrafine alumina were prepared in differen condition. TheXRD spectra were measured in the same instrument condition. The influence of the dispersingagent, treatment method and temperature etc. on crystalloid structure of the ultrafine aluminawere studied. The resurlts show that it is higher which the temperature of CryStal transformationof type A ultrafine Alumina treated with the dispersing agent (OPT) On the contrary, it islower that temperature of Crystal transformation of type C ultrafine Alumina which is nottreated with OPT. The diversing of the temperature of Crystal temperature is about 200 ℃At the same time, When the sintering temperature is higher and the time of constant temperatureis longer. Ultrafine Alumina is transformed to stable crystal, crystal content is also increased.Conversely, ultrafine Alumina is transsformed to unstable crystal and amorphous content isincreased.
