摘要 利用紫外光照射制得了Ag4(2+)团簇,并分别研究了蛋氨酸、甘氨酸、谷氨酸、羟脯氨酸对Ag4(2+)的稳定作用。发现Ag4(2+)均能被这4种氨基酸稳定,而且蛋氨酸的稳定作用最强。Ag4(2+)在高pH值比在低pH值更易生成。被蛋氨酸稳定的Ag42+经过60天也没有任何变化。同时还发现明胶也能够稳定Ag4(2+)。 The stabilization of four aminoacids methionine, glycine, glutamate and hydroxyproline, towards the oligomeric Ag42+ produce by UV illumination in aqueous solution, was study by UV-visspectrum. It was find that the Ag42+ cluster can be stabilized by all the four aminoacids andmethionine has the highest stabilization effect. The Ag42+ cluster produce faster at higher pH thanthat at lower pH. The Ag42+ cluster stabilized by methionine can surive for more than to days without changing. The Ag42+ cluster can also be stabilized by the gelatin.
