摘要
根据正变试验方法设计的实验得到了SDBS/n—C4OH/n—C8H18/brine体系微乳液形成的最佳条件:CSDBS(%)=1.0-2.0,Cn-C4OH=2.5—4.0和CNaCI(%)=1.8-2.2,并研究了盐浓度、正丁醇浓度、表面活性剂浓度和醇种类对体系相态、最佳含盐度(S*)和盐宽度(S)的影响。得到了随着体系含盐度SDBS浓度和醇浓度的增加,体系均经历从下相微乳液和剩余(油相)的两相平衡,到中相微乳液与剩余油相、剩余水相的三相平衡,到上相微乳液与剩余水相的两相平衡相态的转变.且随着体系中醇碳链的增长,中相微乳液的盐宽、最佳含盐度减小;当体系中SDBS浓度极低时,便可形成中相微乳液。
Based on the orthogonal design, the optimal formation conditions of the middlephase microemulsions in the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) /n --butanol/n -- heptane/brine system were obtained as follows' CsDBS(%) = 1.0 -- 2.0, Cn-butanol (%) =2.5-4.0, andCNaCl(%)= 1 .8 ~ 2.2. The effect of the concentrations of NaCl, n--butanol, SDBS, and the kindof alcohols (n-propanol, n-butanol, and n -pentanol) on the phase behavior ofmicroemulsions, the optimal salinity (S), and the length of salinity (S) were investigated.Some rules and data were obtained about the formation and characterities of the middle--phasemicroemulsions.
