摘要
介绍了硬同轴线连接头的结构工艺特点,在大功率传输条件下,分析了硬同轴线接插头的各种常见失效模式和失效机理,结合生产实际情况,增加了分离力和多余物等检验项目,加强工艺过程控制,并提出了提高接插头可靠性的若干建议。
The unique structure and process characteristics of pin and socket connectors in rigid coaxial line were introduced.Under large power transmission condition,different kinds of most frequent failure analysis and failure mechanism of pin and socket connectors in rigid coaxial line were summarized and analyzed.Combined with the actual production conditions,the inspection items of separation power and redundant materials have been added to enhance the processes control.And several suggestions on improvements of reliability of pin and socket connectors were also proposed.
