摘要
以乙酰苯胺和3-氯-2-甲基丙酰氯为起始原料,经8步反应即合成新型强心药匹莫苯(Pi-mobendan)单水合物,总收率达17.3%。除对所涉及的硝化、还原反应及精制方法作了改进外。
Start from acetanilide and 3chloro2methylpropionyl chloride, Pimobendan monohydrate was synthesized in 8 steps of reaction with a yield of 17.3%. The reaction conditions of nitration and reduction were improved and direct recrystallizing for the crude product was used instead of column chromatography. The monohydrate form of Pimobendan was first reported.
