摘要
以(E)-1,2-二苯基乙烯为原料,经催化不对称二羟基化反应,生成相应的对映体纯1,2-乙二醇,再分别与甲基磺酰氯和叠氮钠作用,最后催化氢化,生成光学纯1,2-乙二胺,总产率70%。
he (E)stilbene 1 is easily converted by the catalytic asymmetric dihydroxylation to corresponding enantiomerically pure diol 2.The transformation of 2 to the mesylate 3 and subsequent nucleophilic substitution with sodium azide affords the diazide 4,which is then reduced by catalytic hydrogenation to the optically pure 1,2diamine 5.The overall yield is 70%
