摘要 介绍了非经典铂类抗癌配合物的发展概况,并按中心离子价态、配体及配合物结构特征对其进行分类,讨论其构效关系。 The development of nonclassical platinum antitumor complexes is introduced These complexes are classified according to the characteristics of centralion oxidation state,ligands and the structure.The structureactivity relationships are discussed indicating that there is certain instructive significance to the exploration of the novel platinum antitumor drugs.
