摘要 1引言对映体的存在是自然界的一种普遍现象,在有机化学、生物化学和药物化学等领域尤为突出[1]。对农药而言,使用化学活性体代替外消旋体时,不但成倍地提高了药效,而且减轻了生物体内的积累与毒副作用,避免了不必要的环境污染。因此近年来,有关生物活性与结构之... The enzyme resolution of ()4Hydroxy3Methy 12(2propenyl)Cyclopenten1One catalyzed by 4 Lipases from different sources was studied.The kinetic behavior of the hydrolysis reaction catalysed by the specific lipas from X]Pseudomonas Cepia sp was examined.It was found that there was no reactant inhibition.The optimal reaction temperature and pH was 40 and 7.0 respectirely Finally R4Hydroxy3Methyl2(2proneyl)Cyclopenten1One was with high optical purity prepared in 46.5% gield.
