摘要
在酸性介质中,在乙醇(30+70)存在下,镍、钒与5-Br-PADAP能形成有色络合物,最大吸收波长分别为560nm,600nm,但两者相互干扰.选择在540~640nm之间用三波长吸光光度法对混合物体系进行研究,对数据进行一元线性回归处理,可简便、快捷的求出镍与钒的含量.应用于原油中镍与钒的测定,结果较好.
A method for the simultaneous determination of nickel and vanadium in crude oil by their color reaction with 5-Br-PADAP in C2H5OH-H2O (3+7) medium is reported. The absorption maxima of Ni-5-Br-PADAP and V(Ⅴ )-5-Br-PADAP lie at 560nm and 600nm respectively, and their absorption curves overlap and interfere each other seriously. The triple wave length spectrophotometric measurement are studied and by scanning in the wavelengths from 540nm to 640nm, the optimum condition for the photometric measurement is established.
