摘要
研究了在Triton X-100存在下,锗与DBONPF的显色反应,在H2PO4(2+1)介质中,试剂与锗形成1:2的桔红色配合物,最大吸收波长为540nm,ε为9.50×10^4,锗量在0 ̄25μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。大多数金属离子不干扰测定,应用于锗铜合金中锗的测定,结果满意。
It is found that in a H3PO4(2 + 1) medium, Ge(Ⅳ) reacts with DBONPF in the presence of Triton X-100 to form a orange red complex with its mole ratio of 1 to 2. The absorption maxima of this complex lies at 540nm and its molar absorptivity is 9. 50×104L· mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law holds over the concentration range of germanium ( Ⅵ) between 0-25μg/25ml. Most of the commen co-existing metal ions do not interfere and the proposed method has been applied to the determination of germanium in Ge-Cu alloy, giving satisfactory results.
