摘要 常规激光加工技术是利用高温使材料熔化或气化而达到加工目的,但是常导致加工区域热影响区和微裂纹的影响。着重探讨了水导激光加工过程中的激光与液束耦合原理及加工效果,分析了体加热激光切割玻璃过程中的温度场和应力场,以及曲线切割和多层玻璃激光切割技术。针对两种非常规激光加工技术——水导激光加工和体加热激光切割玻璃技术,进行了理论分析及仿真技术研究,建立了两种加工技术的实验系统,利用该系统进行大量的实验研究,获得了较好的加工效果,为实际加工奠定了理论及实验基础。 Conventional laser machining achieve the purpose by using the high temperature to melt and gasify the material,but the heat affecting zones and micro-crack in machined areas are the main problems.The coupling technique of laser and water-jet,and the machining performances in the process of water-jet guided laser machining(WJGLM) were mainly discussed.The transmitting of temperature field and stress field in the process of volumetric heat laser machining glass(VHLMG),multi-layer glasses laser cutting and laser cutting in curve paths with VHLMG were carried out.The two kinds of unconventional laser machining technologies including WJGLM and VHLMG were analyzed and simulated in theory.The key technology of two unconventional laser machining were explained,and the experimental systems for the above two machining technology were established.Many experimental results show the well machining performances.The theoretical analysis and simulation results are verified by experimental data and a reasonable correlation is found.It establishes a theoretical and experimental foundation for actual machining.
