摘要
从部队阵地安全监测的实际需要出发,提出了光纤光栅传感技术在此方面的应用设想。介绍了光纤光栅传感技术的基本原理和众多优点,比较了主流解调技术的优缺点并确定选用F-P解调方法;以S3C2410A微处理器为控制和处理核心,设计了解调系统总体方案和各组成模块;针对监测任务点多量大的特点,采用多路复用和循环扫描的方式实现大范围多参数监测。对某装备通道进行的应变监测实验,用温度补偿消除交叉敏感,实际扫描频率为50Hz,波长分辨率达到4pm,但部分光路损耗较为严重致使传感器数据无法获取。文章为以军事应用为方向的光纤光栅传感技术的研究提供了技术参考。
According to the actual requirement of detection mission of bastion safety,the idea of using FBG in this aspect was advanced and the possibility was analyzed.The basic principle and many advantages of fiber bragg grating sensing technology were described.Some main demodulation methods were compared and the F-P demodulation method was selected in this detecting system.Using microprocessor S3C2410A as control core,the overall scheme of the F-P demodulation system was designed.According to the special demand of detection mission,the multiplexing mean with cycle-scan was adopted to achieve the large area and multiple parameters detecting function.Strain detection experiment was carried out in some channel of big equipments and actual resolving power of 4 pm was observed when 50 Hz scan frequency was set.Signal can't be got from photoelectric cell in some channels because of serious loss in optical path.Some technical parameters can be obtained for the FBG research taking military application as its direction from the article.
