摘要
聚醚砜(PES)具有耐高温、耐老化、抗蠕变、尺寸稳定、耐化学药品等性能,但疏水性强,易污染。抗污染超滤膜的开发可减少超滤过程的费用,增加膜的寿命。本文从膜材料改性、膜成品表面改性和改变铸膜液成分三个方面,介绍了制备耐污染聚醚砜超滤膜的方法及研究进展,并指出了这些方法的应用前景。
Polyethersulfone(PES) has excellent performance of high temperature resistance,ageing resistance,contravariance,dimension stability,chemicals resistance etc.,but it is hydrophobic and easy to be polluted.The development of antifouling ultrafiltration membranes can reduce the cost and add membrane life-span,thus increasing the research work in this respect is very important.The preparation methods of antifouling polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membranes were introduced from modifications of membrane material,surface and casting solutions.Their commercialized trends in the future were also analyzed.
