摘要
聚全氟乙丙烯是一种重要的特种塑料,但需要对不稳定末端基进行处理才能作为商品出售。本文介绍聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)不稳定端基形成的过程及其原因。综述利用双螺杆挤出机处理FEP的不稳定端基的原理和双螺杆挤出机塑化区、稳定化处理区域和脱挥区域的工艺条件。
Perfluorinated ethylene propylene is an important plastic,but the unstable end groups must be stabilized before sale.The principal cause of the instability of fluoropolymer chains of perfluorinated ethylene-propylene copolymers were reviewed.the principle of stabilization treatment in twin-screw extruder and technics of districts of twin-screw extruder were introduced.
