三(2-羟乙基)异氰脲酸丙烯酸酯特种单体的合成与表征

摘要 采用对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂,将三(2-羟乙基)异氰脲酸酯(THEIC)与丙烯酸(AA)在适当条件下进行酯化反应,成功合成了含三嗪环的多官能度丙烯酸酯特种单体。详细考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、带水剂用量和反应温度等因素对酯化反应的影响,获得了最佳的反应条件,最终产物的酯化率最高可达94.10%。FT-IR、LC/MS和TGA分析表明,提纯产物为二酯化和三酯化产物的混合体,收率为91.37%。提纯产物的UV固化膜具有优异的UV固化性能和耐水性、耐溶剂性,以及良好的耐热性能。 A new multi-functionality monomer was synthesized from tri(2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate(THEIC) and acrylic acid(AA) with toluene-p-sulfonic acid as catalyst.The ratio of THEIC and AA,the amounts of catalyst and the backflow including water,and the reaction temperature were studied,and the maximum esterification rate of synthesized products was 94.10%.The results of FT-IR,LC/MS and TGA showed the purified products was mixture of double three functionality monomers with a high production rate of 91.37%.The purified products were UV curable quickly and the cured films had excellent water/solvent resistance and good thermal stability.
