摘要
采用单因素试验以及正交试验研究了四倍体刺槐(北京林业大学1997年承担国家林业局"948"重点引进项目而引进的树种)的苯酚液化工艺。结果表明:四个因素中,液化时间对液化过程的影响最大,液比、液化温度、催化剂量等影响程度其次。四倍体刺槐液化优化工艺为:液化温度170℃、液化时间2 h、液比5、催化剂加入量8%,此工艺条件下液化效率可达93.8%。
The single factor experiment and the orthogonal test have been used to study the tetraploid robinia(the specie which was brought to china because the "948" emphatically introducing projects held by Beijing forestry university in 1997) phenol liquefaction craft.The result showed: liquefied time was the most effective factor of the process of the tetraploid robinia phenol liquefaction,next the quality ratio between phenol and tetraploid robinia,the liquefied temperature,the catalyst dosage.The optimum craft of liquefaction for tetraploid robinia estimated as: The reaction temperature 170℃,liquefaction time was 2h,the liquid ratio was 5,the catalyst content was 8%,under this condition the liquefied efficiency can achieve 93.8%.
