摘要
邻硝基甲苯与液溴在偶氮二异丁氰催化下制得邻硝基溴苄,经水解得邻硝基苄醇,用浓硝酸氧化得邻硝基苯甲醛,其产物基于邻硝基甲苯的总收率为415%,熔点为38~40℃,该粗品用亚硫酸氢钠精制后,收率降为318%。
Onitrobenzaldehyde was prepared by bromination of o- nitrotoluene with bromine in the
presence of azobisisobutyronitrile, hydrolysis of the produced o-nitrobromotoluene with
potassium carbonate, and oxidation of the resultant o-nitrobenzyl alcohol with concentrated
nitric acid to give crude o-nitrobenzenealdehyde in a total yield of 418% (based on
o-nitrotoluene ) with a melting point range of 3840 By refinement of the crude product with
sodium bisulfite,the refined product was obtained in a total yield of 315% with a melting point
range of 4244
