摘要 建立了耐压200 kg·cm - 2的毛细管超临界流体装置, 用此装置研究了温度、流动相和流速等参数对保留值、选择性和柱效的影响, A supercritical fluid chromatography device operating under a pressure of 200 kg/cm 2 is installed. By means of the device are studied the influences of temperature and mobile phase rate on retention value, selectivity and column efficienc. Alos the relationship between zone width and retention time under supercritical chromatography condition is investigated.
