摘要 综述了高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(HPLC-ICP-MS)联用技术在环境科学中的应用情况。参考过去十年内的国内外文献,从方法学的角度论述了HPLC联用ICP-MS技术的发展,重点探讨了该技术在环境领域,尤其是在元素形态分析(包括生物学,生物无机化学和生物医学)中的应用。 The application of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in combination with ICP - MS as analytical tools in environmental sciences was reviewed. Tbe scientific literature of the past 10 years was cited to cover the major developments in this field. First, important methodological aspects of the coupling of ICP - MS to high performance liquid chromatography was discussed. Along this line of method design and improvement, illustrative applications were presented to emphasize the impact of the ethodological developments on the field of environmental studies. In particular, a more detailed discussion of ICP - MS instrumentation and the discussion of other application fields of elemental speciation analysis ( including biology, bioinorganic chemistry and biomedicine) were reviewed.
