摘要 百草枯中毒导致的急性肺损伤(ALI)及肺纤维化主要发病机制是氧化应激和肺泡Ⅱ型细胞凋亡.线粒体是凋亡的决定性环节,也是细胞内氧化应激的源头.雌激素是一类有广泛生物活性的甾体激素,在其受体的介导下,在各种发育和生理过程中有着广泛的作用.近年来,发现雌激素对肺损伤有明确的保护作用,而雌激素的保护作用与线粒体的功能调节有着密切联系.线粒体可能是雌激素发挥细胞保护作用的重要靶标.本文将对雌激素在肺损伤及肺纤维化中的作用作一综述. The main pathogenesis of paraquat - induced acute lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis, is oxidative stress and alveolar type II cell apoptosis. Mitochondria is the decisive link of the apoptosis, and is the source of intracellular oxidative stress. Estrogen is one kind of steroid hormones which has extensive biological activity under estrogen receptor mediated conditions, and has extensive role in growth and physiological processes. In recent years, it is found that estrogens have protective effect in lung injury, which is closely linked with mitochondrial function adjustment. Mitochondria may be the target which plays the important role in protective effect of estrogen. This article reviews the role of estrogen in the protection of lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis.
