糖尿病病人的血糖控制与并发症的预防 被引量：4

摘要 随着糖尿病的流行及人口老龄化（糖尿病的发生率随年龄增长而增长）趋势的发展，糖尿病导致的急慢性疾病的病例日益增多。据估计，到2020年适宜接受手术治疗的病人数会增长25％；超过50％的糖尿病病人一生中至少接受一次手术治疗。糖尿病病人常并存严重的伴随疾病，如动脉粥样硬化、外周血管病或。肾脏病以及其固有的代谢与激素的异常等，使他们对手术的应激反应能力变得脆弱，较没有糖尿病的病人更易出现严重的围术期并发症。
