研究了离子色谱法分析加碘食盐中的微量碘的分析方法.用硫化钠将加碘盐中的碘酸根还原成碘离子,用乙醇提取碘离子,用较高浓度的碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠淋洗液;紫外检测波长215nm;碘的回收率在96.1%~99.8%之间.方法简便、快速.
A high performance ion chromatographic (HPIC) system was developed for the determination of iodine in iodized salt. Iodate was reduced into I- by Na2S and extracted by ethanol. Concentrated Na2CO3-NaHCO3 solution was selected as eluents and the detection was completed by using an UV detector at 215 nm. The recovery of iodine was 96.1 %-99.8 % and RSD was < 1 % . The method is simple and rapid.
