Fluorescent Reaction of 2-Hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde Salicyloylhydrazone With Aluminium and Its Application

摘要 合成了新荧光试剂邻羟基萘醛水杨酰腙,研究了β-环糊精对试剂与铝形成包络物的适宜反应条件及Triton X-100协同增敏作用。确定了形成包络物的包结比为1:1,包结常数为1.37×10^3,测定铝的线性范围为0 ̄80μg/L,检测限0.24μg/L,是目前荧光法测定铝最灵敏的方法之一。应用于样品测定,结果满意。 The fluorescent reaction of 2-Hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde salicyloylhydrazone(2-HNASH) withaluminum in the presence of β-cyclodextrin (B-CD) and the synergistic sensitizing effect of TritonX-100were studied. The inclusion ratio of β-CD to complex was 1 : 1 and its inclusion stability constant was1.37×103. The linear range of the proposed method was from 0.0 to 80 μg/L and the detection limit was0.24μg/L of aluminium. The sensitive method has been successfully applied to the determination ofaluminium in glucose injection and mussel.
