从《大明会典》看明代畜牧律令制度及特点

The Regulation Framework on Animal Husbandry in the Ming Dynasty:a Perspective from the Code "Daming Huidian"

明代政府非常重视畜牧业的发展,制定了一套完整规范的律令制度,促进了畜牧业的快速恢复与繁盛。本文依据《大明会典》的相关载录,对明代有关官畜孳生与牧养、畜产检验与役使、偷盗和宰杀牲畜等方面的畜牧律令制度进行条分缕析,总结历史经验教训,并探索其对当今我国畜牧生产乃至法制建设的借鉴意义。

The Government in the Ming Dynasty attached importance to the development of animal husbandry,and proclaimed a series of of strict and detailed laws and regulations to promote the recovery and prosperity of animal husbandry rapidly.The paper reviews and analyses the breeding,grazing and raising of the state-owned livestocks,the inspection and servitude of livestock products,imperative of theft and slaughter of livestock,based on the historical records of ＂Daming Huidian＂.It concludes on the historical experience and lessons from that,and explores the great significance of the livestock production in modern China as well as the legal framework on that.
