信用问题的比较社会学解析——从职业伦理到法人团体研究视角的转换

Comparative Sociological Investigation on Credit Problem—Conversion of Research Perspective from Professional Ethics to Corporation

目前中国的信用问题突出表现为市场信用危机与政府信用危机。从中西比较的社会学立场出发,中国当下的信用问题固然有着文化传统的伦理因素,但是组织层面的结构滞后应该是首要的动因。从以西方资本主义生成与发展为背景的经典社会学理论来看,现代社会分工很大程度上凸显了职业伦理之外法人团体发展的重要性,同时以法团主义为主要特征的制度传统积极促成了"国家"与"社会"之良性互动与相互制衡,这应该是形成良好市场信用乃至政府信用的有效保障。

At present,the credit problem in China represents market credit crisis and government credit crisis.From the sociological perspective of comparing China with the Occident,the Chinese credit problem is engendered by some ethics element of cultural tradition,but the most causation is the structural lag of the organization level.Based on the classical sociological theory focusing on the Occident capitalist creation and development,social division of labor portrays the importance of corporation except for professional ethics.What's more,the institutional tradition of corporatism precipitates effectively the mutual collaboration and restriction between the state and society,which should be the effective safeguard engendering good market credit and government credit.
