摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足溃疡创面应用负压封闭引流(Vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术+植皮手术治疗的临床效果。方法对16例糖尿病足溃疡创面有效清创,使用VSD技术后,取刃厚皮片或薄中厚皮片,大块邮票状植皮后,再次使用VSD技术治疗。结果 16例患者植皮完全成活。讨论该方法操作简单,术后护理方便,是部分糖尿病足溃疡创面患者一种较理想的治疗方法。
Objective Research the clinical effect of the application of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） combined with skin graft in the treatment of ulcerated surfaces of diabetic feet. Methods Effective debridement was conducted for 16 cases of ulcer wounds of diabetic feet. After applying VSD, thin split - thickness graft or thin intermediate thickness free skin graft was used for large patch skin graft. VSD was ap- plied again thereafter. Results Skin grafts for 16 patients survived completely. Conclusion VSD combined with skin graft is a simple and ideal way for patients with diabetic foot ulcers, postoperative care is convenient.
