Annexin Ⅱ、Cathepsin B在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的检测膜联蛋白Ⅱ(AnnexinⅡ)、组织蛋白酶B(Cathepsin B,CB)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达情况及临床意义。方法通过免疫组织化学SP法检测90例NSCLC标本中AnnexinⅡ、CB的表达情况。结果 AnnexinⅡ、CB在NSCLC中阳性表达率(57.77%,61.11%)均显著高于正常肺组织标本组(20.00%,15.00%)(P=0.000);AnnexinⅡ、CB的表达与临床分期(P1=0.027,P2=0.035),淋巴结转移(P1=0.048,P2=0.045)有关;与患者的性别(P1=0.419,P2=0.631),年龄(P1=0.779,P2=0.887),肿瘤的组织学分型(P1=0.857,P2=0.666),分化程度(P1=0.612,P2=0.436)无关。AnnexinⅡ、CB在NSCLC中表达呈正相关(r=0.333,P=0.001)。结论 NSCLC组织中AnnexinⅡ、CB蛋白过度表达,可能对非小细胞肺癌的发生发展及侵袭转移起着一定的作用。
