Calpain在脑缺血细胞凋亡机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑缺血时,因可引起神经元碎裂和崩溃。以往一直认为Calpain引起的神经元死亡为坏死,但近来研究证明Calpain可导致神经元凋亡。细胞外钙离子内流促使胞浆钙离子持续升高,Calpain等被激活,引起血影蛋白和染色质溶解,而脑缺血细胞凋亡时这些结构变化都有不同程度的发生。本文对近年Calpain在脑缺血细胞凋亡中的机制研究做一综述。
