摘要
目的探讨食管癌患者术后全肠内营养支持和肠内外混合营养支持的临床应用价值。方法将62例食管癌患者随机分为全肠内营养组(EN组,30例)和肠内外混合营养组(实验组,32例),比较术后基本营养和免疫学指标变化及各种不良反应的发生率。结果实验组混合营养支持1周后,血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和免疫指标(IgG、IgA、IgM)均较EN组显著改善(P<0.05)。实验组肺部并发症、腹部并发症及睡眠障碍等发生率也远低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论食管癌患者术后应用肠内外混合营养支持能够明显的改善营养状况,提高免疫功能,促进术后恢复。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of postoperative multi-nutrition in patients underwent esophageal cancer surgery.Methods Sixty-two patients underwent esophageal cancer resection were randomly divided into two groups of enteral nutrition treatment(group EN,30 cases) and multi-nutrition treatment(group MN,32 cases). The general nutritional and immunity criteria,complications after operation were compared.Results The values of total protein,albumin,globulin,IgG,IgA and IgM were significantly higher in group MN than those in group EN(P0.05).Incedence of postoperative complication was significantly lower in group MN than that in group EN(P0.01).Conclusion The postoperative multi-nutrition is better than enteral nutrition for improving the nutritional status and immune function in the patients underwent esophageal cancer surgery.
