PHS在腹股沟复发疝治疗中的应用

Application of prolene hernia system in treatment of relapsed inguinal hernia

目的探讨普理灵疝修补装置(PHS)治疗腹股沟复发疝的应用价值。方法使用美国强生公司的PHS,对49例腹股沟复发斜疝病人进行无张力修补治疗;总结手术方法、术后病人自主能力的恢复、伤口疼痛、并发症、住院时间和复发率等。结果手术全部成功完成;平均手术时间50min;术后2例出现尿潴留,1例切口皮下脂肪液化。术后5～7d出院,随访1～8年无一例复发。结论与传统疝修补术相比,PHS具有术后疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短、并发症少和复发率低的优点。

Objective To summarize the value of prolene hernia system（PHS,Johnson Johnson Co.） in the treatment of relapsed inguinal hernia.Methods Surgical repair of relapsed inguinal hernia was performed with PHS in 49 patients.The surgical procedure,post-operative self-recovery,wound pain and complication,hospital stay and recurrence rate were summarized.ResultsAll operations were successful with average operation time of 50min. Two patients had urinary retentions after operation and one patient had liquefied subcutaneous fatty tissue in the wound.The hospital stay was 5-7 days.No relapsed case was seen during 1 to 8 years of follow-up.Conclusion Compared to conventional herniorrhaphy,surgical repair of relapsed inguinal hernia with PHS has the advantages of less post-operative pain,quicker recovery,shorter hospital stay,fewer complications and lower recurrent rate.
