MK650型起重机桁架臂结构有限元分析与应变测试 被引量:5

摘要 采用电测法对修复后的MK650型起重机的桁架臂进行应变测试,测试结果表明修复后的桁架臂达到正常使用的要求。采用Ansys软件对修复后的桁架臂进行应力分析,分析结果与测试结果基本吻合,同时指出有限元模型的假设条件对分析结果的影响。 A strain of repaired MK650 crane truss boom was measured by strain gauges.The test results show that the repaired truss boom fulfils the normal use.The stress analysis of the repaired truss boom was carried out in finite element method by Ansys.The calculation results coincide with the test ones basically.The effect of the assumed finite element models was analyzed.The test values are larger than calculation values at some test points because of the difference of boundary conditions between the finite element model and the actual truss boom.Therefore,making suitable assumptions of boundary conditions and selecting suitable safety factors should be pay more attention to in calculation and analysis to ensure the safety and applicability of structures.
