Immunofluorescent Assay of Anti-PHSA,PHSA-R and HBsAg Immnuocomplexes

应用免疫荧光法同时检测 PHSA-R、抗 PHSA 和 HBsAgICs 的结果表明,三者常以高比率重叠存在于 HBV 感染者血清中。抗 PHSA-IgM 检出率 AH 患者明显低于 LC、HCC、CH 患者。实验还表明,抗 PHSA 不能中止 HBA 的感染,HBsAgICs 可能参与肝脏损害。

The binding activity of anti-PHSA,PHSA-R and HBsAg ICs was determinedand differentiated by immunofluorescence.of 117 PHSA-R positive patients with HBV101 showed anti-PHSA binding activity(86.3%).51 showed HBsAg ICs(43.6%),which suggestted higher overlapping in serum of HBV carriers.It was indicated anti-PHSA did not interrupt the infection of HBV and the posi-tive rate of anti-PHSA IgM in HBV carriers was lover in AH than in LC,HCC,CH.The result indicated that HBsAg ICs not only was relative with liver damagesbut also served as a sign of HBV duplication.
