摘要
本文对44例原发性前列腺恶性肿瘤病理资料作了回顾分析。其中腺癌35例、鳞癌2例、未分化癌1例、平滑肌肉瘤5例、恶性间叶瘤1例。对35例腺癌光镜下特点作了详细描述,并结合八十年代以来的国内外文献,就腺癌发病情况、分级分期、免疫组织化学诊断等问题予以讨论。
A retrospective analysis of 44 patients with primary malignant tumors of theprostate was presented.This included histology diagnosed 35 cases of adenocarcinomas,2 squamous cell carcinomas,1 undifferentiated carcinoma,5 leiomyosarcomas and 1malignant mesenchynoma.Under microscope the characteristics of adenocarcinomaswere reported carefully.The incidence,grade,stage and immune-histologic chemistryof adenocarcinomas were discussed with review of literature.
