摘要
考察了钼酸在盐酸溶液中对软钢的缓蚀作用,求出了ΔH°,ΔG°,ΔS°3个反应状态函数及活化能,并用吸附理论解释了缓蚀原因.同时发现钼酸钠和乙叉二磷酸钠混合使用时。
Sodium molybdate has been examined as a corrosion inhibitor for mild steel in 1mol·L -1 HCl solution by weight loss method.Three state functions (△ H°,△S°,△G °) and activation energy of corrosion reaction in the presence and in the absence of the inhibitor (Na 2MoO 4) has been evaluated.A marked corrosion inhibition synergism of Na 2MoO 4 and Sodium Hydroxy ethylidene diphosphate(SHEDN) was found.The results of the experiments were discussed in the light of Langmuir adsorption theory.
