摘要
比较用超临界流体CO2萃取,重结晶及重结晶-吸附法对紫杉醇粗品浸膏(含Taxol约1.0%)快速分离富集进行了研究,结果表明用重结晶-吸附法1次可快速使粗品紫杉醇浓缩富集10倍左右。
Supercritical fluid CO 2 extraction (SFE),recrystallization (SFR) and SFR adsorption were used to separate and concentrate Taxol from crude Taxol sample (contained Taxol~1.0%).The optima condition was discussed.By comparing the three methods,the SFR adsorption can concentrate rapidly Taxol about ten times concentration from the crude sample by one run.The results were quantified by HPLC.
