摘要 建立了由气相色谱法测定苯乙酮不对称硅氢化反应转化率的定量方法,操作简便、迅速,重复性和精密度较好,多个样品各重复6次的变异系数均小于1%,且结果与1HNMR法测定结果一致。 A gas chromatographic method to determine the conversion of asymmetric hydrosilylation of acetophenone has been established. The gas chromatographic conditions were as follows: column, 10% PEG20M on white 102 support (DMCS), 1 m ×2 mm i. d. stainless-steel columnl column temp., 160 ℃; injector temp., 200 ℃; thermal conductivity detector temp., 190℃;carrier gas H2 with flow rate of 50 mL/min.The results show that the method is simple and rapid, and has good reproducibility. The coefficient of variation of the method was less than 1 % (n=6). The results were also confirmed with 1HNMR.
