摘要
用气相色谱法分离环己酮中的2己酮、正丁醇、4庚酮、3庚酮、2庚酮、正戊醇、环戊醇等微量杂质。其主要色谱条件:m(PEG20M):m(OV17):m(6201红色担体)(80~100目)=7.0∶3.0∶100混合固定液,Φ4mm×1.5m的玻璃柱,FID检测器。采用图解法求得混合固定液的配比,并配制了以环己酮为底溶液含各微量杂质的标准校正混合溶液,直接进样,恒温下测定各杂质组分的校正因子,以峰面积单点校正法进行定量。该方法简单、实用。
A method for detecting of trance impurities such as 2hexanone, nbutanol, 4heptanone, 3heptanone, 2heptanone, npentanol, cyclopentanol etc. from cyclohaxanone by gas chromatography was reported. The determination was performed on m(PEG20M)m(OV17)m(6201)=7.03.0100, 4 mm1.5 m glass column and by flame ionization detector under constant temperature. A standard correcting mixture solution in which cyclohexanone is the chief component and trace impurities are contained injected directly to determine correction factor of each impurity and single point correcting method is utilized for quantitative analysis. The method is simple, practical, and reliable.\=
