ICU重症感染抗菌药物应用策略 被引量：10

摘要 1 ICU重症感染的现状ICU是重症感染的重要场所，ICU患者其原发病较重，并发症多，受损脏器广泛，进入ICU后，监测项目及治疗手段较多，有创操作、治疗的比例相对较多，比如机械通气、血液净化、引流管、气管插管，等等，故易诱发感染的途径较一般病房也多。随之而来的感染，特别是重症感染比例较大［1］。在ICU领域中，常见的三大严重感染性疾病为：脓毒症、院内获得性肺炎、重症腹腔感染。
