Eco-use of Waste Materials from Building Demolition

摘要 介绍国外对建筑拆解及其废弃物再利用包括策略技术、环境效益、实施障碍等方面的研究,指出制定更为细致严格的拆解计划可以保证项目的顺利实施,不断提高的材料利用率可以使建筑拆解获得更大的环境效益;而废旧材料的再利用设计将克服拆解障碍,为建筑设计拓展一条新路。 This paper makes account of the studies at home and abroad on building demolition and reuse of relevant waste building materials in terms of tactical techniques,environmental results and obstacles to implementation.It points out that stringent plan could make sure that the project goes well;the increasing use ratio of materials could get more environmental benefits,and the design for reuse of waste materials could overcome the difficulty of demolition,and broaden the road for architectural design.
