摘要患者男，16岁。入院前2d自觉发热，体温不详，轻微干嗽、头痛、全身乏力等。无呕吐、腹泻。既往身体健康。同期学校有数十例学生出现发热。入院前1d开始出现行为异常，步态不稳，尿失禁，胡言乱语，狂躁。体格检查：体温37．5℃（腋下），呼吸20次／min，脉搏76次／min，
