多囊卵巢综合征患者血脂异常类型及病理生理改变的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的内分泌紊乱性疾病,与代谢综合征有某些共同特点,广泛影响着育龄期女性的健康。PCOS患者中,高水平的低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、甘油三酯(TG)以及低水平的高密度脂蛋白(HDL)等血脂异常比较常见。PCOS患者血脂异常与肥胖、高胰岛素血症、高雄激素血症等病理状态密切相关。虽然界定各种因素的因果关系存在困难,但它们既独立又相互关联影响着PCOS患者异常的脂代谢。
